Expectant mothers can be accepted on board with presentation of the following documents:
Up to the 28th week of pregnancy, in the absence of specific complications, it is possible to travel while pregnant without having to show any medical certificate. In these cases, check-in staff may ask the pregnant passenger to demonstrate how long she has been pregnant.
Between the 28th and 36th week of pregnancy - it is mandatory to present a medical certificate stamped and signed by the attending physician, which clearly states the fitness to travel. This certificate, issued no earlier than 72 hours before the flight, must be presented at check-in.
Pregnant women can only be accepted on board up to the 36th week of pregnancy in the case of an uncomplicated pregnancy and in compliance with the above rules.
